Deposit refunded if notified 3 weeks in advance of arrival date. Subject to a $50 service charge.
Rates apply to advance reservations before May 1.
Rates do not apply to holidays, weekends, senior week, special events, or conventions.
Fridays, Saturdays and holidays are up to 30% more than regular rates.
All rates ore subject to 14% hotel tax.
